Kadang-kadang, ada masa yang kita semua rasa macam kepala serabut fikir nak makan apa. Usually masa tu lah I will pilih to have my go-to dish which is bubur berlauk. It is simple, sedap, dan yang paling penting, you can eat it anytime of the day. To me, bubur nasi ni macam makan cereals—you can eat it any time, no questions asked!
Bubur Nasi Yang Simple, Tapi Sedap
I like simple bubur nasi. Tak payah tambah apa-apa bahan perasa just bubur plain. To me, what is important is the lauk yang kita padankan with the bubur. The bubur nasi will act like the binding agent untuk lauk-lauk that have have different taste and texture.
Lauk Untuk Bubur: My Go To Trio
Usually my go to lauk untuk my bubur nasi are as below:
Kangkung Goreng Belacan – Honestly this is the most important sebab as someone yang kuat pedas and masin. The taste of the belacan lagi? It can ever go wrong!
Tempe Goreng – This one gives texture to the bubur and honestly, I'll eat tempe with almost anything so with bubur or not. Tempe is life!
Ayam Masak Merah – Ayam masak merah ni kalau rajin, usually I'll have ayam in my bubur as source of protein. Tapi dah try few masakan ayam untuk bubur, Ayam masak merah is the best!
Kenapa Bubur Berlauk?
To me, bubur berlauk ni macam go-to comfort food. Kadang-kadang I'll eat it for dinner, but honestly, boleh je makan bila-bila masa rasa macam nak makan.
So, kalau korang bosan dan tak tahu nak makan apa, cuba la buat bubur berlauk. Tak susah, sedap, dan cukup semangkuk. But tak sesuai kot for those yang nak diet.
