The queens are finally meeting each other for the first time and eating each other up! Watching the preview of Morphine coming for Plane Jane last week was fun but to see the full tea was a gag! But why am I not surprised that two of the shadiest queens this season are drag sisters? Yes, Miss Morphine and Plane Jane are drag sisters who share a drag mother. I mean the queens are quick to shade each other and I know from last week that Plane Jane is going to come for Amanda's look and girl she did. But can we also talk about how crazy (in a good way) my girl Mirage's looks? I mean that makeup was so unhinged.
Next, the girls walked into the werkroom for the first time together and saw two mystery boxes with the names of the two talent show winners. Sapphira Cristal and Plane Jane opened the box to reveal their immunity potion. The gag for the immunity is that the queens can use it to save themselves or they can also use it to save another queen. Since Morphine and Plane Jane are drag sisters, I wonder if Plane Jane is going to use the immunity potion to save Morphine if it comes down to that. Next Ru announced that they were going to have a Ball. I mean early in the season with all 14 queens? 14 x 3 and that's going to be 42 looks? I'm living for this because the runway/fashion has always been my main reason for watching the show.
The theme for the ball is Mother and there are 3 categories which are Mother Goose (looks inspired by nursery rhymes), Significant Mother (looks inspired by famous mothers), and lastly, Call Me Mother/Father (looks made from Menswear). I think this ball is one of my favorite ball themes of all time. This week, it was also revealed that the queens will be using the Rate-A-Queen system for the last time and determining who is going to be on the top. Speaking of Rate-A-Queen, the mother of all shadiness Miss Paul decided to let the queens know their placement for the previous two episodes. Nymphia was quick to bust Plane's dirty game and confronted her. Plane was shaking in her boots knowing that people already knew her strategy.
Then the queens had a little walkthrough with Rupaul on what are they going to create for the last category and that shade that Mama Ru threw to Amanda was gaggy! I mean Amanda does look gorgeous without all the makeup but to tell her that? Sheesh. Also let's talk about Miss Trilingual Nymphia who has been learning questionable Spanish phrases from Morphine, Mhi'ya, and Geneva. That girl is running around the werkroom saying lewd things to the other girls.
Now let's talk about our 42 looks of the night! We will go by queens and discuss all 3 looks that they've brought to Mother Ball.

We then found out that the girls had voted Nymphia, Q, and Sapphira as their top 3 and Geneva, Mhi'ya, and Hershii as their bottom 3. Honestly, I would love to see Xunami in the top 3 because, for me, all of her looks are clean and high fashion. Miss Nymphia Wind snatched her first win for the season and I know she is going to win more soon. Geneva and Hershii lipsync to Ava Max's "Maybe You're The Problem" and dare I say it was such a lackluster performance. To be honest I would send both home because both of the queens were talking smack about giving us a show and then gave us that.
Anyway, next week the queens will be having a comedy challenge and I'm excited to see how my top 4 are going to do. Hopefully one of them will snatch the win next week!
