Bracket 2, baby… what a journey. The queens came in swinging, full of chaos, backstabbing, and fashion highs — and this week was no exception. We’ve reached the final episode for this bracket, and not only did we get a killer Rusical challenge, but we also got a twist ending courtesy of none other than Mistress Isabelle Brooks. Again.
The Final MVQ Shuffle
The episode kicked off with the bottom 4 queens giving out their MVQ points, and here's how it played out:
Nicole ➝ Kerri
Kerri ➝ Lydia
Tina ➝ Nicole
Lydia ➝ Kerri
This brought the leaderboard to:
Jorgeous – 4.5
Mistress – 4.5
Lydia – 4
Kerri – 2
Tina – 2
Nicole – 1
And just like that, things were tight. Only 0.5 points separated the top three queens, and you could feel the tension setting in.
Starbooty: The Rebooty
For this week’s maxi challenge, the queens were split into two teams to perform in a Rusical adaptation of Starbooty: The Rebooty. It’s giving vintage Drag Race rebooted for the streaming era.
And of course, Mistress (unofficially but effectively) assigned the roles — without anyone asking her to — and somehow made it feel like a group decision. That’s power, honestly.
Team Heroes:
Kerri
Nicole
Tina
Team Villains:
Mistress
Jorgeous
Lydia
Both teams did a great job, but if I had to pick favorites? Jorgeous and Lydia stood out for me. Their villain energy was campy, fierce, and just the right amount of extra. Lydia’s performance felt particularly polished — she’s really been climbing steadily this bracket.
Runway: Wild Wild West
This week’s runway category was Wild Wild West, and listen… this was Lydia’s night.
Her look was genius. A conceptual, modern twist on cowboy fashion that pushed the theme while still looking completely elevated. She really said “saddle up, girls.”
Top 2 & The Final Gag
Lydia and Jorgeous were named the Top 2 of the week, each scoring a point and $10K — and locking their spots in the semi-finals.
That left the remaining queens to hand out one final round of MVQ points to decide who would fill the third and final semi-final slot from this bracket.
Nicole ➝ Kerri
Tina ➝ Kerri
That bumped Kerri to 4 points — just 0.5 behind Mistress.
Then the emotional moment: Mistress tells Kerri she’s going to give her a point out of guilt for the Week 2 betrayal. Redemption arc? Girl, nope.
Mistress pulled the final gag of the bracket and gave her point to Lydia, securing her own spot in the top 3 with a slim but solid 0.5-point lead over Kerri.
Ruthless. Iconic. Peak Mistress.
Final Bracket 2 Scores
Jorgeous – 7.5
Lydia B. Kollins – 7
Mistress Isabelle Brooks – 4.5
Kerri Colby – 4
Tina Burner – 2
Nicole Paige Brooks – 1
I have to say it again — I’ve loved watching Nicole Paige Brooks these past few weeks. She’s spicy, funny, and brought a fresh energy. I really hope Ru starts casting more early-season girls. The glow-ups? The growth? We’re missing out if we don’t see more of them.
Semi-Finals Lineup So Far
Six out of nine semi-finalists have been determined:
Bracket 1:
Bosco
Irene The Alien
Aja
Bracket 2:
Jorgeous
Lydia B. Kollins
Mistress Isabelle Brooks
Next Week: Bracket 3 Begins!
We’re now heading into Bracket 3, featuring the final group of queens:
Ginger Minj (Season 7, AS2, AS6)
Acid Betty (Season 8)
Cynthia Lee Fontaine (Season 8 & 9)
Denali (Season 13)
Daya Betty (Season 14)
Alyssa Hunter (Season 14)
Who are you rooting for in Bracket 3? Because I already know Daya’s gonna come in with fire, Ginger’s gonna be strategic, and Denali? She might just glide right to the top.
