After a week of drama, fashion, and fierce competition, the Bracket 3 queens finally took on one of my favorite challenges from All Stars 10: Rappin' Roast. And let me tell you, this challenge was every bit as entertaining as I remembered.

When they first introduced the format in All Stars 10, I thought it was one of the freshest challenge concepts the franchise had come up with in years. Combining a roast with a rap performance shouldn't work on paper, but somehow it does. This time around, I honestly think it was even better. I've had the tracks on repeat ever since they were released on streaming platforms because the queens really delivered.

The challenge required the queens to write and perform comedic rap verses roasting their fellow competitors. It's a difficult balancing act because you need to be funny, musical, memorable, and shady all at the same time.

For me, the standout performances came from Kennedy Davenport and Hershii LiqCour-Jeté. Kennedy showed exactly why she's considered Drag Race royalty, delivering her verse with confidence and precision. Hershii matched that energy with sharp punchlines and excellent flow, proving she is more than capable of holding her own in a challenge like this.

However, I have to admit that I genuinely thought Joey Jay was going to land in the top. In fact, I was convinced she might even win the challenge. Her read directed at Jasmine Kennedie had me screaming:

"Her mug is giving fish. Angler!"

That has to be one of the funniest reads we've heard all season. It was clever, unexpected, and perfectly delivered. The kind of joke that sticks in your head long after the episode ends.

Unfortunately, not everyone managed to find their rhythm. Shuga Cain and Sam Star struggled compared to the rest of the cast. Their verses weren't terrible, but the timing and delivery felt less polished, especially in a challenge where every beat and punchline matters.

Runway: Ladies Who Lunch

For the runway category, the queens served high-society glamour with the theme "Ladies Who Lunch."

This category was all about wealth, elegance, and country club sophistication, and several queens really understood the assignment.

My favorite looks of the night were:

Kennedy Davenport – The structured pastel suit paired with the oversized matching hat was classic, elegant, and incredibly polished.

Jasmine Kennedie – I loved her youthful interpretation of the theme. It felt modern while still fitting perfectly within the category.

Top Two Lip Sync

After critiques, Kennedy Davenport and Hershii LiqCour-Jeté were named the Top Two All Stars of the week.

The queens lip synced to "The Ladies Who Lunch"*by Elaine Stritch, which was certainly not your typical Drag Race lip sync song. This was all about performance, character, and storytelling rather than stunts or tricks.

Kennedy absolutely thrived in this environment. She leaned into her theatrical roots and delivered a masterclass in facial expressions, timing, and comedic performance. Every movement felt intentional and every lyric landed.

By the end of the song, it was clear that Kennedy had secured the win.

Condragulations to **Kennedy Davenport** for earning the victory, the cash tip, and another valuable point in the competition.

Bracket 3 Standings (Pre MVQ points)

With the tournament format still in effect, every point matters.

Kennedy Davenport – 4 Points

Hershii LiqCour-Jeté – 3 Points

Sam Star – 3 Points

Jasmine Kennedie – 2 Points

Shuga Cain – 1 Point

Joey Jay - 1 Point

Kennedy's win puts her right back in the race, and with only a few episodes left before the brackets merge, things are getting very interesting.

Overall, this was one of my favorite episodes of the season so far. The challenge was entertaining, the queens brought strong performances, and the runway delivered. If this is the level Bracket 3 is bringing, the upcoming episodes are going to be fierce.

What did you think of the Rappin' Roast? And am I the only one who still thinks Joey Jay deserved a spot in the top after that "angler fish" read?
