When I found out Baskin-Robbins Malaysia was bringing this fan-favorite across the ocean, I thought it was absolute genius. I seriously hope BR Malaysia keeps this global flavor crossover trend going and continues bringing in iconic best-sellers from outlets around the world.
Naturally, as someone who loves both mint ice cream and popping candies, trying this was a total no-brainer for me! I grabbed the combo set featuring two regular scoops, which even came with their limited-edition Japanese Flavors puffy stickers.

The Taste: It’s a really great flavor and I thoroughly enjoyed it, but I noticed something interesting, the sweetness of the white chocolate actually overpowers the mint. It’s honestly super rare for a mint profile to feel this subtle in any mint-flavored dessert! If you’re usually intimidated by heavy "toothpaste-level" mint, this mild, creamy version is super approachable.
The Texture: The popping candy adds such a fun, fizzy touch! Every bite gives you that nostalgic crackle that levels up the texture.
Overall, it's a super fun scoop, and I’m giving it a solid 8/10!
