Tuesday Tea: Condragulations Bones!

Let’s give a big condragulations to Bones for winning Season 7 of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK! Honestly, this season pretty much had a clear winner from the very beginning — Bones delivered consistently, stayed in their lane, and gave what needed to be given. So, in that sense, the win feels earned.

But I have to say… Paige Three not making it to the finale really gagged me. Of all the eliminations this season, that one caught me off guard. The rest? A little too predictable if you ask me. Drag Race UK has always been strong on talent, but when the season becomes that easy to guess, some of the magic gets lost.

And while we're being honest…

It’s wild that after seven seasons, Drag Race UK still has zero POC winners. Not one. I’m not taking anything away from Bones — the win was deserved — but let’s be real: the show definitely needs to step up its representation. Sometimes it feels like the POC queens are cast just to tick the diversity box, and that’s not enough in 2025. These queens deserve the same spotlight, the same narrative investment, and the same opportunities to shine.

Anyway, speaking of Drag Race — I am obsessed with Paolo from Canada’s Drag Race Season 6. That entrance? That mug? That energy? But then… SHE GOT THE PORK CHOP! I’m still grieving, honestly.

So congrats again to Bones — a solid winner for a season that gave us gag-worthy moments, predictable turns, and a reminder that representation still matters.
