Spotify Wrapped is out, and like every year, it decided to expose me. Loudly.
According to my 2025 Spotify Wrapped, my Top 10 most-played songs are… surprise, surprise — mostly Lady Gaga. Honestly, no shame there. 2025 is the year of Gaga.
But to keep things interesting, I’m highlighting the four non-Gaga songs that still managed to break through my heavy Mayhem-era rotation. These are the tracks that carried my mood, my delusions, my main-character energy, and my bad decisions this year.
So here we go — my Top 5 Songs of 2025:
5) JUMP! – BLACKPINK
This song is pure adrenaline. JUMP! makes me feel like I can take over the world for three minutes straight. It’s loud, confident, and unapologetic — exactly what you expect from BLACKPINK. Perfect for hyping yourself up before doing absolutely anything… or nothing at all.
4) AAAHH MEN! – Doja Cat
I’m obsessed. OBSESSED.
That Knight Rider sample alone had me in a chokehold the first time I heard it. Doja Cat really knows how to pull from pop culture and flip it into something chaotic yet addictive. This track lives rent-free in my head, especially during late-night drives.
3) Outside – Cardi B
This is one of my bad bitch anthems of 2025, period.
Cardi did not come to play with this song. It’s bold, it’s confident, it’s loud — the kind of track that makes you feel unstoppable even when your life is low-key falling apart. Outside stays on repeat.
2) Gnarly – KATSEYE
If I had to describe 2025 in one single word, it would be: GNARLY.
This song perfectly captures the chaos, the mess, the confidence, and the unhinged energy of this year. It’s raw, fun, and feels like screaming into the void… but in a cute way.
1) Abracadabra – Lady Gaga
Queen behavior.
There was no way this wasn’t going to be my number one. 2025 is the year of Lady Gaga, and Abracadabra feels like the spell she cast on all of us. It’s dramatic, theatrical, powerful — everything I love about her artistry. Mother really said “watch me dominate” and did exactly that.
