If it wasn't for the poor CGI and repetitive songs, this would have been one of the best musical movie ever. For me, the energy of this movie is very uplifting and it makes you feel like you're watching the show live. The songs are very catchy but the problem was there are too little songs. They've been singing the same song twice or more.
The CGI was upsetting it looks so cartoonish and unnatural. However, the message behind this movie is very good. How people of all race, gender, religion and what not can stand on the stage together as one and equal. This is said to be a movie inspired by the real life Showman P.T Barnum who founded the Barnum and Bailey Circus.
Hugh Jackman and Michelle Williams did a great job in this movie and so does Zendaya and Zac Efron. Put the CGI and repititive songs apart. It was quite an enjoyable movie to watch. I did cried a little so its a good sign.
P/S: One can never have enough but one can feel enough with what they have.
