Sometimes the movie can be a little bit boring and suddenly an unexpected cameo appeared and it changes the whole mood of the movie. Some other time, you're anticipating the cameos to appear and you just there for that moment. So why is movie cameo important? because it will break or make a movie. Like seriously, some movie really just rely on their cameos. Let's see which movie cameo really made an impact on the movie and these are my top 5 favorite movie cameos.
5) Tom Cruise in Tropic Thunder
Okay Tropic Thunder is one of the few movies that have so many A-list actors in it but Tom Cruise's character as one of the cameos is somewhat disgusting and disturbing? because he was in this fat suit and bald and he looked ridiculous.
4) Madonna in Die Another Day
It is always a good idea to get pop start cameo because it will make the audience gasped and thinking 'oh wow, can she/he act as well?' Some pop-stars got it and landed a major role right after their cameo. I always love a bad ass woman character and that is why this is one of my favorite cameo!
3) Pamela Anderson in Baywatch
I find it very cute to get the original cast/character make a cameo in the movie adaptation. Well who doesn't Pamela Anderson in Baywatch? She is the original Baywatch babe running in slow-mo and got all the boys across the states hung her poster in red swimsuit on their wall. Some of them probably still have her poster on their wall.
2) Johnny Depp in 21 Jump Street
Another original cast making a cameo in the movie adaptation of the series. We all know young Johnny Depp started his career from a the 21 Jumpstreet TV series so it is appropriate to have him on the movie not as the main but a cute little cameo. I was shrieking when Johnny revealed himself from the disguise.
1) Lady Gaga in Machete Kills
It was the best 2.00 minutes of the movie. Yes I was almost asleep the whole time in the cinema and woke up just in time for Lady Gaga's cameo! See, you can sell just about anything when you know how to. I bet all the Little Monsters around the world were excited to watch her made her first silver screen appearance. After Machete Kills, we Little Monsters are craving for more! I seriously can't wait for A Star Is Born. She proved her worthiness in Hollywood by winning best actress at the Golden Globe for her role as The Countess in AHS: Hotel. We want more Lady Gaga!
