It's Not Easy, But You've Got To Do It!

Life has never been easy, and I don’t think it’s meant to be. Most of the time, all we can really do is push through and pray that God grants us the strength we need to keep going. Strength to endure, to heal, and to move forward even when the road feels unbearably heavy.

I wouldn’t say that 2025 has been a bad year for me. In fact, 2025 gave me something I’ve been praying for a long time — I finally got to see Lady Gaga live. That alone feels like a blessing I’ll always hold close to my heart.

But life doesn’t give without taking something in return. I didn’t get everything I wanted this year, and maybe that’s okay. I believe I gained some things, and I lost others. Perhaps God answered one of my prayers to witness Gaga live at least once in my lifetime and took away something else that simply wasn’t meant for me.

The journey through 2025 hasn’t been easy. I’ve stumbled, I’ve questioned, and I’ve broken down more times than I’d like to admit. But I also believe that sometimes, we are broken down so we can be built up for something bigger. Something better. Something aligned with His plan.

So I’m choosing to hold onto faith. To trust that God knows what He’s doing, even when I don’t. To stay open to His intentions, even when they’re hard to understand. And to keep moving forward, one prayer, one step, one day at a time.
