Serious recipe ni senang gila and bahan pun tak banyak. So memang sesuai kalau you are in a hurry macam dah kebulur sangat and boleh mati kalau tak makan within 10 minutes or kalau ada orang datang tak dijemput lepastu perut kosong berkias-kias nak tumpang makan dengan your place. You should try this recipe.
Recipe ni I've tried a few times dah especially kalau I kerja noon or night shift. Memang jimat masa dan mengenyangkan. So, jom cuba recipe bujang ni.
Green Curry Chicken Pasta
Bahan-Bahan
Bahan-bahan dia sangat mudah dan tak banyak ya:
Roi Thai Green Curry ( 1 Kotak)
Chicken Fillet ( 4 fillets)
Spaghetti
Chillies ( 2 Batang)
Cara Penyediaan
Ikut lah turutan ni:
Sebenarnya fillet ayam tu ada 4 tapi the other 2 tu I used as extra lauk which I goreng. But the 2 yang dalam gambar dekat atas ni I hancurkan. If you want it to be easier, beli je daging ayam hancur Ramly tu.
Next, masukkan kuah green curry Roi Thai tu dalam periuk and bring it to a boil.
Masukkan daging ayam hancur tadi and biar masa lepastu masukkan cili merah. The chillies I used it for colors je lah. Kalau tak ada pun tak apa.
Actually, elok rebus your spaghetti beforehand if not, boleh lah rebus spaghetti you now.
Dah siap and boleh lah serve. Senang kan?
Di bawah ni lah rupa hidangan ringkas ni. I punya tema bila masak is dont judge a book by it's cover sebab rupa memang tak mengiurkan tapi rasa on point. Tu point sebab guna instant green curry gravvy lah. Tadi pun dah cakap nak masak in 10 minutes je kan. Kalau nak buat green curry from scratch, ikut lah dik.
Kalau you jenis yang malas nak masak hari-hari untuk bawak bekal to work. Masak lah ni lepastu simpan dalam fridge. I think for normal person yang belum borderline obesity, sekali masak ni boleh simpan 3 hari. But I think sebab dia santan based kan, simpan lama-lama takut keracunan pulak.
